The Parking Ordinance Committee will meet on Monday, September 8, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the parking ordinance as well as a companion ordinance regarding driveway set backs.
The meeting will take place in the City Council Chambers, 100 East Main Street, Suite 500.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pflugerville, Texas will hold two public hearings at which time interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard in the matter of annexation by the City of Pflugerville of the following real property:
Approximately 169.7 acres of land generally located north of State Highway 45, east of Heatherwilde Blvd./Red Bud Lane, and south of Gattis School Road, in Travis County; including all of Greenridge Subdivision.
The public hearings will be held on:

Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at Highland Park Elementary School, 528 Kingston Lacy, Pflugerville, Texas.
and
Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. at the Pflugerville Justice Center Courtroom, 1611 E. Pfennig Lane, Pflugerville, Texas.
An “open house” describing the services that will be provided to the area by the City of Pflugerville will be held prior to each public hearing, beginning at 6:00 PM. City staff and other City officials will be available to answer questions.

All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in said hearings.
